Are your custom rugby shirts durable for full-contact play?
Yes. Custom Kit rugby shirts use tough, performance-grade fabrics with reinforced stitching and sublimated graphics that will not peel or crack — built for contact and repeated washing.
Can we add names, numbers and multiple sponsor logos?
Absolutely. Names, numbers and sponsor logos are included with sublimation printing, so there are no per-colour charges. We’ll position artwork for visibility and compliance.
Do you supply matching rugby shorts and socks?
Yes. We supply coordinated shorts and socks to complete your kit, with colour matching to your shirt design and optional club crests or initialing.
What is the turnaround time for custom rugby kits?
Typical production is 3–4 weeks from design approval. If you have a fixture deadline, contact us — express may be possible.
Can you match our club colours or Pantone references?
Yes. We can match Pantone (PMS) or sample references across shirts, shorts and socks to keep your identity consistent season to season.
What sizes do you offer for rugby kits?
We offer men’s, women’s and junior sizes across the range. You can mix sizes in one team order so every player gets the right fit.
Do you offer pro-fit or looser cuts for different positions?
Yes. We can provide athletic (pro-fit) and regular cuts. Many clubs choose tighter fits for backs and more forgiving fits for forwards.
Can we upload our own design or stripes/hoops pattern?
Yes. Upload your artwork, sketch or photo reference. Our in-house designers will convert it into a print-ready layout with correct panel alignment for stripes or hoops.
What fabrics do you use for rugby shirts?
High-density, breathable polyester blends engineered for abrasion resistance, stretch and moisture management. Sublimation keeps the fabric soft with no heavy overlays.
Do you make rugby kits from recycled fabrics?
Yes. We offer an R-PET recycled polyester option with the same performance quality but a lower environmental impact.
Is there a minimum order for rugby kits?
No strict minimum — we can produce as few as one item. For best team pricing most clubs order 15+.
Can we reorder the same design next season?
Yes. We store your design files securely so you can reorder anytime for new players or replacements.
Do you supply training wear and outer layers?
Yes. We offer training tees, contact tops, midlayers, hoodies and jackets to match your club colours and branding.
